How do I edit a Performance?
Manually by clicking Manage on a performance, or you can edit multiple performances using the Filter and Action bars on your Performance list.

Can I filter the Performance list by Channel?
Yes, you can click View As Channel at the top of the page to view performances through a certain channel.
What is a Price Profile?
A combination of Venue Plan and Price Table, where you can assign Price Bands to seats/capacities.
You will need to create a Price Profile separately before adding/editing them on your Performances page.

What is a Price Table?
The pricing structure for your event. It's the first step in creating your prices.

What is an Availability Status?
Where you can create allocations or holds if you have Reserved Seating.

How can I see who has bought a ticket to a performance?
By clicking into a performance and selecting View Transactions.
Here you'll be able to see all orders made for that performance, and you click into each order to manage.

What do I need to do before editing performances?
Sign up to a Line-Up account.
Set up your Organisation.
What do I need to have created by this point?
Your Venues.
Your Channels.
Your Adjusters.
Created your Event by completing the Info page.
Your Performances.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
Editing an individual performance:
1. From the page, select your Event
2. From the Performances page, select on your performance
3. Want to un-link this performance from a Price Profile and set a capacity for this performance only? Select and set the capacity for your price bands
4. Want to cancel a performance? Select and this will mean that no channels will be able to sell tickets to this performance. Fore more about cancelling performances, go here
5. Select to make further changes to the performance, including Start Date, Time, Channels On/Off Sale, Tags, Price Profile and Notes
6. After editing details select
Editing multiple performances:
1. From the page, select your Event
2. Select the Performances tab to see your performance list
3. Select to find specific performances. You can filter by:
a) Start Date
b) Start Time
c) End Date
d) End Time
e) Created At
f) Day Of Week
4. Select next to the performances you want to change to access the Action bar. If you'd like to select all performances click the top-left tick box which will select all performances on that page.
If you have performances across multiple pages, you can choose on the Action bar which will select all your performances.
You can use the Action bar to make bulk edits to:
a) Start Date
b) Start Time
c) Price Profile - assign/edit Price Profiles here once you've created them on the Prices tab. Go here for more info
d) Channel On/Off - edit your On/Off Sale Schedules for your Channels. The Channels that are on sale now will show on the Performance list
e) Availability - assign/edit Availability Status for performances, once you've created them on the Availability tab. Go here for more info
f) Products - link or un-link any products to performances and set a stock level if you wish. For more info about Products, go here
g) Discounts - link or un-link any discounts to performances. You can also manage discount visibility on the Discounts page, see here for more info
h) Delete performance - you can only delete a performance if it has no sales, discounts or products attached to it. Follow the steps above to unlink products or discounts
