What do I need to do before creating an Event?
Sign up to a Line-Up account.
Set up your Organisation and Box Office.
What do I need to have created by this point?
Your Venues.
Your Channels.
Tools such as Adjusters and Delivery Methods.
Your Event by completing the Info page.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
1. Archive Events:
a) Select to find your list of Events
b) Select on your chosen Event
c) Select the Info tab
d) Select and then Yes to Are you sure you want to perform this action? - this will remove the Event from the automatic filter on your Events list
2. Unarchive Events:
a) Use your Filter to find Archived Events (see step 3 for how to filter) and then select on your chosen Event
b) Select the Info tab
c) Select then Yes to Are you sure you want to perform this action? - this will insert the Event back into the automatic filter on your Events list
3. Filter your Events:
a) Select to find your list of Events
b) Select to find specific Events. You can select the following:
- Archived? - to find only Archived Events
- Has Future Performance? - to find only Events with future performances
c) Select Yes from the dropdown on these options and then - your filter will then show only the relevant Events
d) To clear filters and return to your original list, select and then
