KEY TERMS & TIPS:
What is a Price Profile?
A combination of Venue Plan and Price Table, where you can assign Price Bands to seats if you have Reserved Seating.
If you have a General Admission Venue Plan then you can set a capacity for each price band from your Price Table - determining how many tickets can be sold at which price.
You can have various Price Profiles depending on your booking periods/pricing structures.
What is a Price Table?
The pricing structure for your event, including your Price Variants and Bands.
It's the first step in creating your prices and you will need to complete one before this step.
More info can be found here.
What is a Band?
Tiers or levels of pricing.
It is a way of grouping your prices and how you structure your bands may depend on your venue plan.
With a General Admission Venue Plan then you may wish to just have a General Admission band but you can have multiple bands if you want different groups of prices with different amounts of tickets you want to sell.
For more info, see here.
What is a Venue Plan?
The design for your Venue, where you can build your seats or areas if you have Reserved Seating. For more info on Reserved Seating, go here.
If you don't have Reserved Seating, you can create a General Admission Venue Plan where you can assign capacities but without building seats or areas - more info on that here.
