By default Line-Up will set a maximum number of a ticket type that can be purchased in one transaction. This default is set at 9 however it is possible to change this as well as also setting a minimum number of tickets which means when the customer click the "+" button to add a ticket to their basket, rather than it add 1 ticket it will add whatever is set as the minimum.
Existing tickets
If you have already created tickets and what to change the min/max then you can do so by clicking into the ticket from the performance management page and then clicking the edit button on the next page. The below tutorial video covers how to do this towards the end of the video.
New tickets
You can set the min and max per ticket per order when creating an individual ticket as well as if creating multiple tickets using the bulk upload option.
Single ticket:
If you are creating a single ticket, you will see the optional min and max fields at the bottom of the ticket creation page.
Bulk upload:
If you are using the bulk upload option to create multiple tickets in one go then you will need to add the following columns to the spreadsheet:
max_per_order
min_per_order
Once you've added those columns, you can add the values you want to set for min and max next to each ticket in the spreadsheet
Tutorial video
The following video covers all of the above - how to set a min and max per ticket per order from creation (both on a single ticket and with bulk upload) as well as how to edit an existing ticket and set/change the min/max that way.
