How do I set Product Visibility?
Via the Visibility tab on the Product page, where you can select the Channels you want the Product to appear for, control Linked Performances and create Visibility Rules, in which you can limit the circumstances in which the Product can be purchased.

What are Visibility Rules?
A way of restricting when/how your Product is visible for ticket buyers.
You can restrict a Product's visibility by Performance, Transaction Type or Ticket Price Band.

How do I set Visibility Rules by Ticket Price Band?
Via the Visibility tab on the Product page, where you can create Visibility Rules.

Here you can select the Price Band option and enter the name of the Band you want the Product to appear. You can create multiple rules for multiple Bands if you wish.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:

1. Create Product

a) Go to the Products page and click New Product

b) Add Product Details and create Prices - head to here for the full instructions on Product set-up

2. Create Visibility Rules

a) Go to the Visibility tab on the Product page

b) Scroll down to the Visibility Rules section at the bottom of the page

c) Create Ruleset - enter the following:

• Name
• Description
• Type - either All Rules must apply or At least one Rule must apply

d) Select Rules

So that the Product only appears for certain Ticket Price Bands, select the following options:

• Price Band
• Name
• is
• Enter the name of your Band, e.g. VIP Dining

e) Want it to appear for multiple Price Bands? Add a new Rule below

f) Click Save Ruleset to apply rules

This Product will now only appear when these Ticket Price Bands are in the basket.
