How do product updates work?
We are always looking to develop the Line-Up product to make it faster, more user-friendly and to add as many features as possible to help you sell tickets.
As part of our development structure, we have a Public Roadmap where we not only share our product development plans but also where our customers can post and vote on feature requests.
We then review the requests that are posted and use them to build our quarterly development priorities. Once a feature is scheduled for development, it will be marked on the roadmap as Planned; if work has begun it will be marked as In Progress and once it's ready, Complete.
We also have a weekly Line-Up, Drop-In webinar where our customers can chat and ask questions to our support team. As well as assist with any enquiries, we use this as a chance to hear any feedback from our customers and this will help inform any future product development. You can register for Line-Up, Drop In here.
How can I add to the feature request board?
By signing up to Canny and creating a post. Once it's posted on the board, other customers can vote and comment on it.
What else influences product development?
As well as customer feedback, we also adjust our product updates based on industry activity and new developments in the market, especially any technological changes that impact our users.
How do Line-Up build a feature?
We have regular cycles of work in which we tackle product development, system updates and fixes. When a feature is developed, it is designed and tested thoroughly by the team before it is made live.
How will you let me know when a feature is ready?
When a new feature is live, we will make an announcement to our community with details, including a training video and a new help article, including a step-by-step guide on how to use the functionality.
Plus, every month we send out a Line-Up Community newsletter with company news, product updates and tips on how to make the most of the Line-Up system. This includes info about any new features that are ready to use.
Any other questions or feedback to us about any of the above? Contact us here.
