Why should I hire an external party for digital marketing?
As the ticketing software provider, we deliver and maintain the ticketing system. We do not provide digital marketing support and as such we would suggest hiring a digital marketing agency or freelancer to assist with these specific requests. You can find recommendations on our list below.

What is Google Tag Manager (GTM)?
GTM lets you manage all the e-marketing tags (i.e. Pixels) on your website in one place.
It supports tags for advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
If you have this installed, please let us know your Google Tag Manager ID and we can add it to your checkout flow.

Digital Agencies:
1. Chris Unitt/One Further - Chris comes highly recommended for analytics and digital marketing. One Further offers a range of services around analytics, digital marketing, custom analytics dashboards and Google Ads. They also do GTM and Google Tag Manager training (and more) in their Coach programme.
2. Substrakt Studio - Substrakt are a digital agency who provide a range of digital consultancy services and training, including free webinars. They can create custom dashboards, and offer training and consultancy on GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Freelancers:
1. Sam Scott-Wood - freelance digital marketing and email/CRM strategy specialist, having previously worked at Cog web agency. Sam has a lot of experience with non-profits and working with “non-digital” types. We recommend Sam in particular for smaller organisations or those with limited budgets.
2. Katy Arnold - freelance digital marketing specialist. Having previously worked at Substrakt, Katy has experience of the arts, ticketing systems and tracking event campaigns. Katy does GA4 and Tag Manager training and can build custom dashboards, as well as advising on SEO.
