What do I need to do to add tags for tracking?
You'll need to set up Google Tag Manager. Once you have it installed, just send us your Google Tag Manager ID (e.g. GTM-1234TLE) and we can add it to your checkout flow.
What is Google Tag Manager (GTM)?
GTM lets you manage all the e-marketing tags (i.e. Pixels) on your website in one place.
It supports tags for advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
How do I add tags to my GTM?
As the ticketing software provider, we deliver and maintain the ticketing system. We do not provide digital marketing support and as such we would suggest hiring a digital marketing agency to assist with these specific requests. You can find recommendations here.
