Scroll down for the Step-by-Step Guide on how to create Visibility Rules for your tickets
KEY TERMS & TIPS:
What are Visibility Rules?
A way of restricting when/how your prices are visible for ticket buyers.
You can restrict a price's visibility by customer tag, performance and amount of price band or venue plan sold.
What are some examples of Visibility Rules?
You may want to use this as a version of dynamic pricing, i.e. show and/or hide prices when a certain amount of tickets from a price band or venue plan are sold.
It is also useful for Access prices, as you can restrict a price to a certain customer tag. NOTE - you will need to have customer login enabled on your Customer-Facing Booking Flow in order to set this up.
If you have prices that are performance-specific, e.g. preview or peak/off-peak prices, then you can use the Performance rule as a way of setting visibility on a certain performance date, day of the week or with a certain tag.
See step 3 in our Step-by-Step guide below for the options you have for creating rulesets.
