You'll get given a Default Line-Up Email and Ticket Template when you sign up, but you can edit these to tailor to your organisation and you can create as many of your own as you'd like.

You may want a template specifically for Reservations, Groups, VAT Invoices, Vouchers, etc.

KEY TERMS & TIPS:

Can I remove the Line-Up logo from my templates?
Yes, you can. You just need to remove the img section from the default templates:

Can I add my own organisation logo instead?
Yes, you just need need to change img src from the logo URL:

To the Merge Tag {{ ORGANISATION.IMAGE }}:

This will mean that the Organisation image will pull through onto the email template instead of the Line-Up logo.

NOTE - you will have needed to add an image to your Organisation before doing this. See here for instructions on how to do this.

Is there anywhere else I can design templates?
