I have a Line-Up 1 account. How do I get switched over to the new system?
The first step is to book a training session with us, where we can take you through the new system.

Are there any changeover/training fees?
No, there are no set-up fees for our existing customers.
What will happen to my Line-Up 1 account?
We will be discontinuing Line-Up 1 at some point later in 2024, however, you can still capture data from the events you have previously set up in the meantime.
We advise to start selling on the new system as soon as you can so as to minimise the number of active sales/events on the previous system.
What are the differences between Line-Up 1 and 2?
Line-Up 2 offers more powerful and flexible functionality, including new performance creation and editing tools; further options for controlling where and how tickets are sold, and a more advanced reporting functionality.

1. Training

2. Organisation set-up
Once you have completed training, you'll need to complete account set-up for your Organisation. Go here for full instructions.
