Scroll down for the Step-by-Step Guide on how to set up your Customer-Facing Booking Flow
KEY TERMS & TIPS:
What is the Customer-Facing Booking Flow?
The booking flow that your customers will purchase tickets on.
This appears as a subdomain that we create a URL for and which you can add to your website; or you can create a subdomain on your URL.
This booking flow will be used for all Events, however if you have different Event images then these will be pulled from the Event Info page. The best image dimensions for the booking flow would be 725 x 260px (72 dpi).
How do I get the Booking Flow set up?
You just need to provide us with your preferences via this form and our team will set up the booking flow for you - we just need 5 working days' notice in order to set it up for you.
You can either set up the subdomain on your website which we point the booking flow to, or you can use our Line-Up URL.
See our Step-by-Step guide below for more info.
What does the Booking Flow look like?
We have a standard template which we use for all Customer-facing Booking Flows, however you can choose certain aspects of the design including fonts and colours.
Here are some examples:
Back To The Future: The Musical
The Great Murder Mystery
Ouseburn Trust
What other options can I choose for my booking flow?
As well as the design preferences that you can select on our Booking Flow Form, you can customise performance and ticket info, customer contact preferences, delivery and payment options.
See step 1c in our Step-by-Step guide below for more info.
