KEY TERMS & TIPS:
What can I see on the Orders page?
A list of all orders which you can filter if you want to find more specific orders, e.g. all complete orders, reservations, orders that have used a certain delivery method, etc.

What is an Orders Export?
It is a list of orders that you can download as a CSV on the Orders page.

How else can I retrieve customer data?
By pulling a standard or customised report via the Reporting page.

Why isn't my order showing in the export?
This might be because of the Filter you have used on the Orders page.

How can I manage the orders that appear on the list?
By selecting Manage on an item, where you'll be taken to the Order page. Here you can refund/exchange the order, resend or download tickets and generate barcodes.

What do I need to do before exporting orders?
Sign up to a Line-Up account.
Set up your Organisation.
What do I need to have created by this point?
Your Venues.
Your Channels.
Your Adjusters.
Your Event by completing the Info page.
Your Performances.
Your Price Tables and Price Profiles.
Your Delivery Methods and Opt Ins.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
1. Select and use the Filter bar to find the orders you want to export. You can filter by:
a) Created At - choose from is after, is before or is between and select your time and date options
NOTE - the current time set-up on Line-Up is GMT. If you are operating at BST then it's something to bear in mind when setting time filters
b) Expires At - see above
c) Closed At - see above
d) Status - choose Complete, Reservation, In Basket, Payment Started or Expired
e) Delivery Method - select from the delivery methods that you have created

3. On the CSV spreadsheet you will see the following columns:
a) Customer Name
b) Customer Email Address
c) Order reference
d) Order Status
e) Total - cost of order
f) Expires At - if the order is a reservation then the time that the order expires will show here
g) Completed At
