You can use the Search bar to find Events, Orders, Customers and Channels.

Why can't I find what I'm looking for in the Search bar?
If no results are appearing, then you may need to check that the details are correct.
Otherwise, contact us here.
How can I make these easier to find?
As a shortcut to finding an event/order/customer/channel, we suggest editing them and adding a unique Tag that will help filter what you're looking for.
Why isn't my customer name appearing even though they have made an order?
This could be because the Skip Customer option was selected at Box Office. To find the order, try searching for the event name or reference number instead.
To add a customer, use the Customers page and add their details there. See here for more info about about managing customers.
What do I need to do before using the Search bar?
Sign up to a Line-Up account.
Set up your Organisation.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
Click into the Search bar at the top of the page to find the below:
1. Events:
To find your event, type in:
- Event name
- Venue name
- Tag
2. Orders:
To find an order (Complete, Reservation or In Basket) - type in:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Event name
- Reference number
3. Customers
To find a customer, type in:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Tag
4. Channels
To find a channel, type in:
- Channel name
- Tag
