You can use the Search function anywhere on Line-Up to find Events, Orders, Customers and Channels.
Just click into the Search bar at the top of the page and follow the simple steps to find the below
1. Events:
To find your event, type in:
- Event name
- Venue name
- Tag
2. Orders:
To find an order (Complete, Reservation or In Basket) - type in:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Event name
- Reference number
3. Customers
To find a customer, type in:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Tag
4. Channels
To find a channel, type in:
- Channel name
- Tag
NOTE - if multiple options have appeared for you to select after entering your search, then you can click show all results to see the options listed for you to check the details:

Why can't I find what I'm looking for in the Search bar?
If no results are appearing, then you may need to check that the details are correct.

How can I make these easier to find?
As a shortcut to finding an event/order/customer/channel, we suggest editing them and adding a unique Tag that will help filter what you're looking for.
Why isn't my customer name appearing even though they have made an order?
This could be because the Skip Customer option was selected at Box Office. To find the order, try searching for the event name or reference number instead.
To add a customer, use the Customers page and add their details there. See below for more info about about managing customers.
