KEY TERMS & TIPS:
How do I reserve tickets?
By going to the Box Office page and selecting the channel you want to reserve tickets under. Then you can select the performance and add the tickets you want to reserve to your basket and continue to the next step.
Once you have entered the customer details, select the Save as Reservation option and in the pop-up choose to either reserve them indefinitely (i.e. until you complete the transaction or manually release them) or enter a date and time when the reservation should automatically expire and the tickets are released. The order will then be reserved.

How do I complete a reserved order?
Once you've found your order, either by using the Search bar or the Orders page filter, select Edit Transaction on the Order page and you will be taken back to your basket so you can complete the order.

What do I need to do before reserving tickets on Box Office?
Sign up to a Line-Up account.
Set up your Organisation.
What do I need to have created by this point?
Your Venues.
Your Channels.
Your Adjusters.
Your Event by completing the Info page.
Your Performances.
Your Price Tables and Price Profiles.
Your Delivery Methods and Opt Ins.
Your Purchase Flows.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
1. Select Tickets:
a) Select
b) Select which Channel you'd like to reserve tickets under
c) Select your Event
d) Select the performance you want to reserve tickets for from the calendar (NOTE - if you can't see any performances, this might be because you haven't granted the correct access yet. See here for more info)
e) Reserved Seating event (if not, skip. to step 2f)? Select your seat(s) from the venue plan
f) Select the ticket(s) you want to reserve to your basket. Here you should see any Full Price ticket options and, if the channel has been given automatic access, the discounted prices for this performance. Want to add a discount that hasn't been automatically applied? (if no, skip to step 2g):
- Select
- Enter Coupon code and
- The discounted ticket prices will then appear for you to select if you wish
g) Select to go to your Basket
2. Edit Basket:
a) Check that the Basket details are correct. To check Adjuster details click and to remove any items from the Basket select
or
b) Select Delivery Method from the drop down - optional
NOTE - only do this if you would like the customer to receive information once you've saved the order as a reservation:
- If you don't want the customer to receive anything, skip this option. You can attach the delivery method when completing the transaction later on
- If you do, then it might be worth attaching a reservation-specific delivery method. You can create one here
c) Add Customer details, including:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number - optional
- Address - optional
d) Select your Opt In if you have one (you will have needed to create these and attach to your Event prior to this step. See here for more info)
e) Select
3. Save as Reservation:
a) On the Payment Method page, select
b) Choose from the following time options for when you want this reservation to expire:
- Never - reserve them indefinitely (i.e. until you complete the transaction or manually release them)
- Specific Time - select date and time options from the dropdown for when you would like the tickets to be released
- Select
4. Want to complete the transaction?
a) To find your order, either:
- Use the Search bar at the top of any Line-Up page to find an order. Use the customer name, email address, event name or reference number, or:
- Select
and then
Select Reservation on the Filter bar and
to see all reserved orders on the Order list
b) Select on your chosen Order
c) On the Order page, select to return to your basket
