There are several options for managing registration at your event. These are as follows:
PDF and CSV downloads
To access the downloadable pdf and csv versions of the attendee list, go to the Ticket Sales tab on the Event Management page, then select the Manage Attendees option. From there, if there is more than 1 performance, select the correct one from the drop down list. From there you can download pdf and csv versions of the attendee list.
Web check-in portal
To access the online web check-in portal go to the Ticket Sales tab on the Event Management page, then select the Manage Attendees option. From there, if there is more than 1 performance, select the correct one from the drop down list. You will see the Web Check-In option on the right of the page. On the next page you will find a link and password - send those to the computer you are using for registration.
When you click on the link to open the check-in portal, you will be asked to enter a Username and Password. Enter any name and the password you have copied from the previous page. You will then have access to the attendee list where you can register attendees.
iOS check-in app
For those with an iOS device (iPad, iPod Touch or iPhone) we have a check-in app that enables you register attendees by scanning their ticket or "swiping" them in.
The check-in app can be downloaded via the iTunes app store:
When you have installed the app, simply login with your Line-Up account details and you will see your events. From there you can access the attendee lists, check customers in with a swipe, or scan the QR code on tickets.
