If you are still seeing this note on your dashboard saying that your account needs to be verified, this needs to happen before your event goes into our network. To receive a copy of this email, click the 'resend email' link in the note at the top of your dashboard.
If you can’t find your event still, check your event details:
- Have you added your event to at least one category?
- If your event is in the past, it will not show. Have you added all of the performances of the event to your Line-Up page?
- Double check that your event is at the correct venue
If you still can’t find your event, please email us on email@example.com, with your name, the name of your event, and the publication that your event should be in.
