If you need to transfer ticket(s) from one performance/date to another you can do so through your Line-Up Dashboard:
Go to the 'Ticket Orders' tab in the left hand column.
Search for the order you wish to transfer using the customer’s name, email address or order reference
Select the order from the search results
On the next page you will see the options to refund, cancel or transfer the tickets
Click the ‘Transfer’’ button
In the popup that opens, you will see the customer order with a date and ticket drop down. To transfer the tickets, select the new performance/date you wish to transfer the order to and select the ticket type (please note, this must match the original ticket type purchased). The click the Transfer button.
This will transfer the tickets to the new performance, adding the customer to that guestlist and removing them from the old guestlist. The customer will also be sent new tickets and the old tickets will be released.
