I can’t attend the event any longer. Can I get a refund?

Line-Up doesn’t manage refunds for events, however if you contact your event organiser, you can ask them directly about refunds and exchanges.

To contact an event organiser:

• Login to Line-Up
• Click on the relevant event in your list of ticket orders
• On the event order page, click the 'Contact organiser' button.
• Compose your message. There is no need to insert your details or details about the ticket order - this information will be automatically sent to the organiser
• Click 'send message'
