We typically recommend that you print the tickets that you have been emailed to take to the event.
However, each event is different, and it would be a good idea to visit the organiser’s website for more details, or contact them through Line-Up.
To contact an event organiser:
- Login to Line-Up
- Click on the relevant event in your list of ticket orders
- On the event order page, click the 'Contact organiser' button.
- Compose your message. There is no need to insert your details or details about the ticket order - this information will be automatically sent to the organiser
- Click 'send message'
