For all ticket purchases, you will be provided with the following information on the buyer:
- Email address
- Ticket type purchased
- Date order was placed
- Ticket price
- Order reference
- Unique ticket reference - if an order contains more than one ticket, each ticket's reference is unique
For ticket orders that include more than one ticket, it is only the ticket buyer's details that you will be provided with as there is no requirement for ticket buyers to provide the details of each of the ticket holders.
Information on ticket holders can be obtained by:
- Logging in to Line-Up
- Finding the appropriate event in the 'Events' section
- Clicking on the dropdown menu beside the event and selecting the 'Tickets' option from the dropdown.
