What is a Purchase Flow?
A Box Office flow that you can use to sell tickets on Line-Up.
You may just want one Purchase Flow, i.e. Box Office and use it for all Channels and Events.
However, if you have multiple venues or users, you can create specific Purchase Flows and select particular Channels and Events you want to use them for.
How do I create a Purchase Flow?
Via the Purchase Flows page, where you can select the Channels and Events that the Purchase Flow will use.

What is a Channel?
The place where tickets are sold, e.g. Online Channel, Box Office, Ticket Agent, etc.

What do I need to do before creating Purchase Flows?
Sign up to a Line-Up account.
Set up your Organisation.
What do I need to have created by this point?
Your Event by completing the Info page.
1. Create a New Purchase Flow:
a) Go to the Purchase Flows page
b) Click New Purchase Flow
2. Add Details:
a) Purchase Flow Name - e.g. Box Office
b) Tags - optional, for internal use. These will appear in the Purchase Flow list
c) Type - select Box Office
d) Channels - optional, restrict what Channels will be available on this Purchase Flow. If you don't click this toggle and add any Channels here, then all Channels will be available on the Purchase Flow
e) Events - optional, restrict what Events will be available on this Purchase Flow. If you don't click this toggle and add any Events here, then all Events will be available on the Purchase Flow
NOTE - by restricting the Purchase Flow to certain Channels or Events, this restricts what the user can see.
f) Click Submit to save the Purchase Flow and you'll now be able to use this on the Box Office page
4. Want to restrict a user's access to certain Purchase Flows?
NOTE - this will restrict what data the user can see. So if you lock a user to a certain Purchase Flow, they will then only be able to see the events and channels connected to it, along with only orders that have been made via the channel(s) connected to the Purchase Flow.
a) Go to the Settings page and then the Team Settings tab
b) Click the pencil icon next to the user
c) On the pop-up, click the toggle next to Would you like to restrict their access to certain purchase flows?
d) Select the Purchase Flow from the dropdown and click Apply
