What is a Purchase Flow?
The types of embeddable ticket widgets that you can use for your website to sell tickets from.
You can create a widget with a highlight and background colour of your choice and select the Channels and Events you want to use it for.

How do I create a Purchase Flow?
Via the Purchase Flows page, where you can choose all the options for your widget.

How do I get the Purchase Flow onto my website?
By copying the embed code of the widget, which will be created automatically once you've submitted the details of your Purchase Flow.

What is a Channel?
The place where tickets are sold, e.g. Online Channel, Box Office, Ticket Agent, etc.
Here you can select the Channel that the Purchase Flow (booking widget) should use.

What do I need to do before creating Purchase Flows?
Sign up to a Line-Up account.
Set up your Organisation.

What do I need to have created by this point?
Your Venues.
Your Channels.
Your Adjusters.
Your Event by completing the Info page.
Your Performances.
The Price Tables and Price Profiles for your Event.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:

1. Select  and then

2. Enter details:

a) Name - for internal use, e.g. Main website checkout

b) Tags - for internal use only, these will appear on your Purchase Flows list

c) Purchase Flow Type - select Embeddable Ticket Widget

d) Main Highlight Colour - used for buttons and highlights throughout the Purchase Flow, select from the colour chart

e) Background Colour - used for the background colour throughout the Purchase Flow, select from the colour chart

f) Channel - select which channel the Purchase Flow should use to record sales against

g) Events - select which event(s) users of the Purchase Flow should be able to purchase for

4. Edit or Archive Purchase Flow if you need to make changes by selecting on your Purchase Flow list. Here you will also find the Embed Code next to the preview of the widget
